Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your COC-Online account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
